Overall, this is a nice bird feeder. I bought 2 for my parents. Setup was easy and straightforward. However the camera does not always connect to the wifi and when it does, it takes a while to connect. The notifications alert you to a visitor, but it does not automatically record, only way to take a picture/video is from live mode. The free lifetime AI is a plus, however it is not always accurate. The feeder fills from the back which only makes it be mounted from underneath or the back with access to fill. If the top flipped open that would be a plus for filling.
I contacted customer service regarding these issues, and was assured than an update would be coming out March 2025 to automatically record, and there are some new products that would be sent to me free to help connectivity issues. Customer service was great and helpful.

Really enjoying this! The solar panel is makes it super convenient, and the smart features add a lot of fun to birdwatching. The app is mostly user-friendly, but it is a little bit difficult to setup. Still, it's a fantastic product that brings so much joy to my backyard! Highly recommended.
I absolutely love this bird feeder! The camera quality is fantastic, and it captures every little detail of the birds visiting my garden. The notifications are timely, and Im always excited to see which bird species Ive captured. Plus, the design looks so stylishit fits right in with my outdoor decor.
