A unique QR code is printed on the box and device. Just tap “Add” in the app and scan—your feeder binds instantly. Designed for everyone, even the elderly, with zero hassle.
Our smart bird feeder includes a dedicated signal transmitter. Simply connect it to your router with the provided Ethernet cable. This creates a private network that minimizes dropouts and ensures a strong, reliable link.
With Vakiav’s dedicated network and bird-only camera, your WiFi and backyard data remain untouched. No WiFi access. No password sharing. No data exposure. Just pure bird joy.
Set up in minutes with guided steps in the Vakiav app. Mount your feeder on a pole (not included) or use the included metal bracket for fence installation. Add birdseed, and you’re ready to enjoy live birdwatching.
Powered by a 5W solar panel and a 5200mAh rechargeable battery, the feeder delivers reliable, eco-friendly energy. With up to 6 months of runtime on a single charge, you can enjoy continuous birdwatching without the hassle of frequent recharging.
Mounted it on our fence with the included bracket, filled with seeds, and had chickadees visiting within the hour. Signal is rock solid.
The signal transmitter is genius—it keeps the connection steady even with my spotty internet. It also eliminates the need for complicated Wi-Fi pairing procedures, allowing you to connect simply by scanning a QR code.
The app is great, especially the worldwide bird feed. Wish there were a few more editing options for photos, but the quality is so good I can’t complain much.
Good feeder but not perfect. Sometimes the app takes a while to load the live feed. When it works, the videos are amazing.
Solid product with amazing camera quality. My only gripe is that it doesn’t come with a pole—you’ll need to buy one separately if you don’t want to use the fence mount.
